Metering Flumes
As the most common primary device used in the metering of open channel
flows in municipal and industrial flow, TRACOM offers a wide selection of
flumes to best suit your particular application, including: Parshall flumes, Palmer-Bowlus flumes, Trapezoidal flumes, H-Type flumes, Cutthroat flumes, RBC flumes, Montana flumes, and SANIIRI flumes.
Packaged
Metering Manholes (PMM)
Fiberglass metering manholes, manufactured to ASTM D-3753-99 standards,
provide ease of installation, corrosion resistance, watertight
construction, and a minimum of plant downtime. A complete TRACOM packaged
metering manhole includes: a flume, a choice of cover styles, pipe
adapters, mounting flange, integral access ladder (for manholes over
4’-0” deep), and a NPT coupling for wiring or tubing access. In addition,
we can provide many accessories to ensure the packaged metering manhole
suits your individual needs, including: grating over the flume, exhaust
vent (with or without fan), instrument shelves, mounting boards,
platforms, GFI electrical outlets, and vapor-resistant lights.
One-Piece
Buildings / Shelters
For year protection of your larger equipment, TRACOM offers one-piece FRP
buildings. These durable fiberglass shelters require virtually no
maintenance, are not susceptible to decay or rust, and come standard with
a long list of equipment. Typical applications include: chemical storage,
electronic instruments, motor/pump housings, chemical and polymer feed
systems, chlorination/dechlorination systems, fire fighting, marine, and telecommunications
equipment.
Control
Consoles
TRACOM instrument consoles provide a cost effective and maintenance free
method of protecting control instrumentation. The fiberglass construction
is lightweight, rigid, and self-supporting. The consoles are unaffected
by water and sunlight and require no maintenance as the color is
molded-in and will not fade or wear off. Currently offered in Table Top,
Low Breakfront, and High Breakfront styles, TRACOM consoles are available
in 36” or 48” single filter or 66” dual filter widths.
Instrument
Enclosures
Available in a wide range of sizes, TRACOM Model 200 instrument enclosures
offer low maintenance protection of your valuable equipment. Enclosure
models exist to house: portable samplers, flow meters, refrigerated
samplers, motors, pumps, chlorination equipment, and storm water
monitoring equipment.
Weir Boxes
For those instances
where low flows require highly accurate measurement, TRACOM offers
fiberglass weir boxes. Taking your specific flow rates and flow stream
composition into consideration, one of our technical experts sizes each
weir box to provide you with a product with the smallest footprint
possible while covering the full range of your flows.
TRACOM has extended
it’s standard product warranty. All TRACOM products are now warranted to
be free from defects in workmanship or materials for a full TWO YEARS!
